Tofu ain’t pretty folks.
Once again, the holidays have begun to slow down and turn into every-day-weekend-type activities. Dad is working on renovating the Den. Mum is back to work. Sister is distracted with her new truck (for the time being).
And I am procrastinating. I have so much I want to do, but not enough time to do it. And yet, I procrastinate. I would love to have another week to tackle my 4 years worth of photo prints. I generally like organizing stuff like that, it’s just hard to get started. There is also the guilt of not doing my homework like I said I would. Hah, what a joke. I totally thought I would get a ‘good chunk’ of my distance course done. I only have 4 free days left, and if all goes as it has been going thus far, not much more will be done.
I’ve eaten the oddest thing for a snack recently. My Dad was nice enough to buy me some tofu burgers the other day (like a month ago). They have been sitting in the freezer for a long time. So, as I cringe at the thought of wasting food, I ate them today. With pickles, cheese… and ketchup. To me, an odd combination. Note to self: screw tofu burgers, just eat regular beef burgers.
And… in other news, I’m looking at a SLR camera. I’ve asked around more and come to the concluding two cameras: Nikon D60 or Canon Rebel EOS XS. I will most likely go for the Nikon.
